How long does it take to process an order?
It can take approximately 7 days to process orders until it is fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds
All sales are final except for products that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@sageinthewild.com within 14 days of receiving the product to request a replacement. We may require proof of the faulty or damaged product before processing your request. If we determine that the product is defective or damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that are not defective or damaged. We also do not provide refunds for convenience or change of mind. We reserve the right to refuse to offer a replacement of the product at our sole discretion.
